Isa holds a BSc in Mathematics from Karadeniz Technical University, a foundation that has shaped a fundamentally analytical approach to every business challenge he has encountered. His professional career began in information technology in the early 1990s, where he served as a Systems Manager and Technical Consultant at Origin UK — working across major infrastructure projects for global corporations including Shell and Philips. Further roles at Simmons Magee PLC and Nuffield Hospitals followed, building expertise across network architecture, systems integration, and IT services management at the highest levels of British industry.

By 1998, Isa had channelled that expertise into entrepreneurship, founding Horon Solutions Inc. in the Philippines — a technology company that formed strategic partnerships with world-class organisations including Dornier International Logistics and STN Atlas Elektronik, delivering maritime training infrastructure solutions across international markets. He subsequently established Horon Bilgisayar in Turkey (2001) and, later, Horon Ltd. in London (2008–2016), cementing a reputation as a serial technology entrepreneur operating across continents. Alongside this, he co-founded Virtue Solutions Ltd., and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Enterprise Network Management at Sheffield Hallam University — adding academic rigour to decades of hands-on business leadership.

In 2014, Isa made a deliberate and consequential pivot: bringing his business acumen, technology instincts, and bicultural understanding of both the UK and Türkiye directly to bear on the North Cyprus property market.
